SNSDC#69 Old , New and Blue

Happy Friday everyone!!
It's time for another Sweet 'n Sassy Digi challenge

This week's challenge is:
"Something New, Old and Blue"
Use a new supply you just got & old supply you have for a long time, and color blue

For my card, I used some new designer paper and old rhinestones that I have had at least a year. The image I used is the Morning Glory digital stamp. I love using tis stamp and coloring the flowers different colors, what color are morning glories anyway?

Please use digital images for the challenge, You don't have to use SNS digi images to play along but we sure do love when you do! When uploading to online galleries, please use keyword SNSDC68.
Oh and one last thing!…

Every card you enter throughout August, you will get one entry to be eligible for winning 3 digis of your choice from the Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps store. Plus, if your card is used SNSS digi stamps, it will be two entries!! Be sure to play along every week... The more you play and/or use SNS digis, the more chances you get to win!! I hope you will play along with us!
Every week, we spotlight one participant who uses SNSS digi images for their card or project.
One of the featured participants throughout August will also have a chance to be a Guest Designer for the month of October! How cool is that!?!

  1. Pretty job coloring the morning glory! Most of the ones I've seen have been shades of blue, purple or pink, or white with streaks of one of those colors. But IMO there's no reason why a stamper can't take artistic license and make them any color. :)

"The rest of the story": My dad was a farmer, and we had to hoe the morning glories out of the peanut fields so they wouldn't choke the peanut plants and/or get tangled in the farm machinery. I always hated having to kill the morning glories because they are so pretty!
